About Qvu Data Service
Qvu Data Service is a free, open source, adhoc query, reporting and api data service design tool built with Java EE, Spring and React technologies that allows users to create and save query and report designs in a user-friendly, web-based UI.
Qvu Data Service provides a REST api for end users and applications to execute saved query and report documents and return results in tabular, JSON or PDF formats.
Qvu Data Service supports automated query and report execution with results for queries delivered via email attachment in CSV, Excel, JSON Flat or JSON Object Graph formats and results for reports delivered as a PDF.
Qvu Data Service supports Basic Auth, OIDC and custom authentication
Role based access control can be applied to datasources, tables, columns and document groups.
Database foreign key relationships are used to build SQL join selections. Pseudo foreign key table relationships can be configured if required.
Qvu includes a WSIWYG report designer for building and executing PDF reports.
Report output is delivered via PDF and can be scheduled to execute automatically via the scheduler.
